VAHC 2013 Accomplishments

FISCAL INTEGRITY
VAHC utilized reserve funds to purchase an office condominium at 3761 Westerre Parkway, Suite B,
Henrico, VA 23233. The VAHC office is 1,704 square feet with five offices and a conference room
with occupancy of 18.
The association continues to be fiscally sound, while the reserve fund experienced gross earnings
less commission and option premiums of $5,555.02 with assets value of $68,477.36 as of
December 31, 2013. The educational fund, after sales and proceeds adjustments, has an asset value
of $ 26,995.36 as of December 31, 2013.
Total revenues for 2013 year end were $ 379,964.60, which was $9,236.60 above budget, while
expenses were $377,886.11. Excessive revenues totaled $2,361.30. VAHC’s financial statements are
independently audited annually by R.H. Hamlin. Copies are available for review at the VAHC office.
