Recently opened in Lewes, Beach time Distilling
offers a silver rum, spiced rum and vodka. In
short order, owner Greg Christmas expects to
release a gin, and eventually produce fruit-
infused rum, a watermelon vodka with Delmarva
watermelons and a coffee liquor. The tasting
room is open 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday; 3 to 7
p.m., Friday; noon to 7 p.m., Saturday; and
noon to 5 p.m., Sunday.
