Background:
The Duval County Medical Society (DCMS) is proud to provide its members with free con-
tinuing medical education (CME) opportunities in subject areas mandated and suggested by the
State of Florida Board of Medicine to obtain and retain medical licensure. The DCMS would like

Center for HIV/AIDS Research, Education and Service (UF CARES) and Chief, Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Wolfson
Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, FL.

To understand prevention of transmission of HIV.

To understand principles of infection control in HIV.
