          Winter 2014 Issue

The Ohio Restaurant Association (ORA) is holding its third annual

Lobby Day on Mar. 11, 2015 at the Riffe Center in Columbus.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet with lawmakers

and remind them of the powerful role Ohio’s foodservice industry

plays in driving the state’s economic engine.

“Legislators need to hear our members’ stories,” said ORA

Director of Government Affairs Joe Rosato. “Lobby Day is going

to be fun. I truly believe members will enjoy sitting down with

          their representatives and vice versa.”

ORA Lobby Day begins at 8:00 a.m. in the Executive Conference

          Rooms on the 31

floor of the Riffe Center, which is located

right across the street from the Ohio Capitol. Participants will

receive a briefing on industry issues while they enjoy a light

breakfast. ORA members will then meet with their legislators

at appointments scheduled by the ORA. The day will end with

a catered lunch attended by ORA members, legislators and

          their staff.
