SILVER CERTIFICATION SERVICE DISTINCTION
World Trade Center Mississippi is honored to have achieved Silver Certification status as
designated by the World Trade Center Association in New York City. This distinct recognition
was earned following a lengthy and intensive examination of WTC Mississippi’s service
performance by the WTCA certification team and Sirota, a third-party business intelligence
evaluation company also based in New York.
In a letter to WTC Mississippi, Sirota Executive Vice President Dr. Mary O’Neill Berry wrote
“We were greatly impressed with your professionalism and thoroughness … and we commend
your effective collaboration with the community via state and federal resources.”
“We have always worked hard to provide top-notch service to our members and clients,
but to have our efforts recognized at this level validates the professionalism of our staff and
the strength of our working relationships with our partners,” said Tracy Diez, WTC Mississippi
Executive Director. MSWTC is certified in trade information, business and trade education
services as well as in the WTC club, conference facilities and group trade mission categories.
