Gene Tange is the CEO/Founder of PearlHPS
Inc. Previously, he was the co-founder and
COO of Fortelus, the first fully automated
Human Capital Analytics tool, later acquired by
Deloitte. He is a pioneer and thought leader in
predictive analytics and how high performance
organizations significantly eclipse traditional
business outcomes. Earlier in his career,
he was a C-level executive of three multi-billion dollar global technology and
healthcare firms where he has extensive acquisition experience with all phases
of the deal (50 deals worth $5B), corporate transformations (lean, agile, focus
factory redesign) and hyper-growth experience (3x revenue growth at the billion
dollar level achieved in less than 5 years). Gene has a BS Business from SJSU
and a Presidential MBA from Pepperdine University.

Board of Directors
Dianna Wilusz, SPHR, Managing Partner, The
Pendolino Group, brings 25 years of Human
Resources Management and Operations
experience, including senior global leadership
roles at National Semiconductor, Vice President
Operations and HR at Hara Software, Director
HR at Beceem Communications and Managing
Director of HR Operations at Lam Research.
Dianna is currently a board advisor to several for-profit and not-for-profit
organizations. She has served a number of clients across many industries and
internationally in the areas of compensation, leadership development, recruiting,
talent management, and human resources information systems.

DAVIS
CEO
has held HR positions to the senior
management/officer level in a variety of
industries for the better part of two decades.
Areas of professional HR responsibility have
spanned the full spectrum of all HR related
disciplines, with a deep focus in total rewards,
organizational effectiveness, employee
relations, union negotiations, strategic
alignment, leadership development and internal/external communications.
As CEO, Danika’s focus is client service, long-term organizational sustainability
and growth, and advancing both the profession of human resources and
the careers of those who have chosen it.

RASHBY
Board of Directors
Carolyn Rashby, Special Counsel at Miller Law
Group, represents and counsels management
on a wide range of employment matters,
including wage and hour, leaves of absence,
discrimination, harassment, and employee
handbooks and personnel practices. Carolyn
also focuses her practice on employer
education. She has written hundreds of
articles and employer compliance materials touching on all aspects of California
employment law and is a regular presenter in Miller Law Group’s Employment
Law Update webinar series and for various employer groups.

Paul Vagadori, SPHR, Vice President,
Human Resources, Lahlouh, Inc., is a senior
HR executive with a strong background in
leading organizational strategy, promoting
operational effectiveness, and elevating team
performance through innovative leadership
in fast growth companies. Paul has extensive experience in building effective
organizations through talent acquisition, leadership development and
promoting active business partnerships across organizations. Paul has held
leadership positions in a variety of industries and sectors.
JAMES
BECKWITH
Accounting Specialist
tends to the accounting records and plays a
vital role in member services. He attended the
University of California, Santa Barbara where
he studied economics and accounting. During
his time at U.C. Santa Barbara, he was part of
the college’s baseball team, the treasury for the
student association, and a senior officer for the
Business Economics Association. Prior to join-
ing NCHRA, James interned at the accounting firm KPMG in their audit division.
Currently, James is enrolled at UC Berkeley’s part-time nights and weekends
MBA program. As a new resident of San Francisco, James enjoys exploring the
city, cooking for his friends, and building a further appreciation for his free time.
