THE NCRWA MAILBOX
December 16, 2016
Dear Mr. Wilson,
The staff of N.C. Rural Water is a very valuable
resource for the Town of Pine Knoll Shores and
very much appreciated. Circuit Rider Mike Hill
has assisted us in updating our Emergency
Response Plan. His knowledge and assistance
is immeasurable.
N.C. Rural Water has always been the Town’s
greatest resource for technical assistance and
source water protection.
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Wilson,
Chinquopin Water Association would like to
express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Mike Hill.
He is always very prompt in making appoint-
ments, to lend me a helping hand with the
completion of the CCR Report and Local Water
Supply Plan. It is a pleasure working with him. I
feel that he is a great asset to NCRWA. He is a
pleasure to be around.

Dear Mr. Summers,
On behalf of the Board of Aldermen, staff, and
myself, I must express our gratitude for all the
help that both you and NC Rural Water have
freely given to the Town of East Spencer. I real-
ize how busy you are and I know how precious
time can be to someone.
In particular, we’re grateful that you were will-
ing to be a participant in helping the Board
members to embrace their legacy in East
Spencer. You made our 2016 Board retreat an
extreme success.
Again, thank you for the selflessness and it will
always be remembered.
Sincerely,
Barbara A. Mallett
