in Adult Athletics. He earned his
undergraduate as well as masters from
Wingate University in Sports Management.

annual employee appreciation event for years
of service to the Town of Mooresville.

Rosetta Radtke
retired from DPR where
she worked for over 10 years. She was
responsible for the city’s trails and greenways
and a variety of other park projects.

Durham Parks and Recreation employees were

After more than 9 years as a Recreation
Specialist at the Edison Johnson Recreation
Center,
Lucille Patterson
retired in April.
Lucille was responsible for School Age Care
as well as preschool and youth programs.
Paul Moore
has been named the new
Recreation and Parks Director for Davie
County. Moore, a graduate of the Citadel,
brings a wealth of knowledge with him
to Davie County including more than 20
different achievements and certifications
pertaining specifically to management in the
field of Parks and Recreation. His experience
includes overseeing a staff of three in Salisbury
that managed multiple facilities and identifying
activities that contribute to a positive quality
of life for both residents and visitors who may
visit Davie County for recreation activities.

Sr. Recreation Center at Campus Hills, and
the city’s three outdoor pools.
