The Town of Elon would like to take this
time to give thanks and appreciation to the
NCRWA and all involved for the help locating
our water leak in August 2014. We had a
very small leak in a cul-de-sac that we felt
sure was going to be a monster to chase
around. Becky Turner came down with some
leak detection equipment that is way out of
our budget and located the leak for us. The
actions of NCRWA saved the Town of Elon
and its citizens a lot of money and time.
This is not the first or I am sure the last
time we have been assisted by the NCRWA.
Thanks again, you were a lifesaver.

I want to compliment one of your excellent
employees, Becky Turner. She went to great
lengths to help us locate water lines in
Scotland Neck, N. C. I have always received
quality service from NC Rural Water and Ms.
Turner’s extended help is a prime example of
this. She knew just what to do to solve my
problem quickly. We are so fortunate to have
this organization to help water systems that
have limited funds. See picture at right.
