Back by popular demand, NCRWA will be hosting 4 state-approved
Certification Schools concurrent with Conference:
• B-Distribution Certification School (M-W 5/12-5/14)
• C-Distribution Certification School (M-W 5/12-5/14)
• Collections Grade I Certification School (M-W 5/12-5/14)
• Collections Grade II Certification School (M-W 5/12-5/14)
• Competent Person Trenching & Shoring (Th 5/15)
Class runs daily from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Our Certification Schools follow
the “Needs to Know” manuals that are approved by the WTFOCB and the
WPCSOCC for all state exams.
~ Utility Management Certification (UMC) Course
Topics include: Financial Sustainability, Financial Reporting, Understanding
Governing Laws and Regulations, Technical Sustainability, Elements of
Human Resources. UMC runs 8:00am - 4:00pm, M-W 5/12-5/14.
Separate registration is required for the Certification Schools and UMC
Course. Register online at

formed to be the collective voice of the
water and wastewater systems across
the state, NCRWA has played an active
role in state and federal advocacy for
