Again for 2014, NCRWA will be offering Certification Schools concurrent with our Annual Conference. All Schools/Classes will take

Cost does not include testing for the certification or conference registration. Certification School participants will be provided a badge for
access into the Exhibit Hall. Breakfast is provided in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday and Thursday, and Lunch is provided in the Exhibit
Hall on Wednesday only.
UTILITY MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION COURSE
Back by popular demand, we will be offering the Water University's Utility Management Certification (UMC) Course. The UMC training
will be taught by professionals in management roles that have the experience and background to bring you insight and information into
advancing your career. Areas covered include: Financial Management & Reporting, Understanding Governing Laws & Regulations,
Technical Sustainability, and Elements of Human Resources.
