hank you. Thank you to every single participant of the 2015 NCRWA
Annual Conference & Exhibition. Without each one of you – exhibitors,
sponsors, attendees, speakers, board, conference committee, and staff
– the Conference would not be the success that it is today. Because of
you, the North Carolina Rural Water Association’s Annual Conference
& Exhibition is one of the most highly anticipated events of the year
for the State’s water and wastewater professionals. So again, thank you.
One of the main focuses of our Conference is to provide attendees
education & the opportunity for professional growth. NCRWA
prides itself on providing participants as many ways possible to
achieve this growth. From the numerous education sessions, to the
bustling exhibit hall and the networking functions, NCRWA’s goal
is to connect people to relevant resources and information. Judging
by the surveys we received back, we succeeded in this effort. That
said, there is always room for improvement! If you have an idea
or suggestion that you would like to submit for consideration,
please email it to
. Your feedback is always
welcome and much appreciated.
One new change this year went over extraordinarily well. We
challenged our Board of Directors to contribute a prize to the
WaterPAC Raffle – either themselves or through their system or a
local or industry partner to help boost the Raffle to a new level. Never
did we imagine we would have so many amazing prizes submitted!
And while you didn’t have to be present to win, we had a huge crowd
on Thursday morning waiting with anticipation to see if they held
the winning ticket for their prizes of choice! For next year, we invite
YOU to reach out to your local or industry partners to donate a prize to
WaterPAC. Let’s make this year’s outstanding raffle seem like small
potatoes! A sincere thank you to all of those who donated!
2016 NCRWA Annual Conference & Exhibition
Planning for 2016 has already begun. We are excited about some of
the suggested training topics that were submitted on the surveys and
look forward to putting together another outstanding event for 2016.
Mark your calendars now for May 16 - 19, 2016. The Conference will
once again take place at the Sheraton Four Seasons/Koury Convention
Center, Greensboro.
