The Ohio Restaurant Association’s (ORA)
Group Rating Plan offers you more than
just a discount. It offers a support system
to both prevent workplace accidents and
protect you if they do occur.
Group Stability.
Currently, more than
1,300 companies participate in
the ORA’s Group Rating Plan. It is
important to belong to a large group
rating program that is industry-specific,
because the larger and more industry-
specific a group, the less vulnerable it
is to projection fluctuations. The ORA
partners with CareWorks Consultants
Inc. to offer our members the only group
rating program specifically designed
for the restaurant industry. The ORA’s
group plan helps employers achieve the
highest group rating discount possible.
A Team to Support You.
When you choose
the ORA group plan, you automatically
add a team of experts to your staff.

foodservice industry.
Savings.
The majority of CareWorks
Consultants’ clients actually save the
maximum on their current premium.
How many other groups can say that?
Retention.
Annually, more than 95
percent of the ORA’s existing members
choose to re-enroll in the ORA Workers’
Compensation Group Rating Plan.
It Pays to Compare.
All companies should
annually review their group rating status.
Through the ORA, you are entitled to
receive a NO COST, NO OBLIGATION
review of your potential workers’
compensation premium savings. Even if
your company is currently enrolled in a
group rating plan or did not qualify for
group rating last year, we encourage you
to take a look at the ORA Group Rating
Plan. Each year, the BWC assigns new
rates based on an employer’s payroll
and experience. A company that did
not previously qualify due to a penalty
rating may qualify this year.
